In a press briefing, Remulla said he plans to release the new memorandum on Wednesday, October 15.
He emphasized that SALNs dating back to 2016 may be made available.
This includes those of former President Rodrigo Duterte, Vice President Sara Duterte, and even President Bongbong Marcos.
Remulla assured that the release of these SALNs will be handled with care and precaution.
