Nearly 700 examinees pass the chemical engineering licensure examination, PRC announces

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has officially announced the results of the recent Chemical Engineering Licensure Examination, with nearly 700 examinees successfully passing the rigorous tests. Out of 951 examinees who took the exam, a total of 688 candidates passed, representing a passing rate of 72.34%.

The Chemical Engineering Licensure Examination was held from November 20 to 22, with PRC testing centers located in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Rosales.

Top 10 Chemical Engineering Board Exam Passers

Leading the pack of successful candidates is Kevin Rovikk Estacio Logdat from the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman, who achieved an impressive score of 90.90%. Close behind is Jerome John Perigo Venteroso from the University of Mindanao – Davao City, with a score of 90.50%.

  1. Marc Dylan Malinao Lipit – De La Salle University (90.40%)
  2. Tommie Daniel De Vera Cruz – De La Salle University (90%)
  3. Ronald Guanlao Libago Jr. – University of Santo Tomas (89.80%)
  4. Endrek Bernante Delos Santos – Cebu Institute of Technology – University (89.40%)
  5. Aeron Villegas Estrada – De La Salle University (89.10%)
  6. Mark Angel Paguel Permato – Saint Louis University (88.90%)
  7. Hannah Zchannelle Guzman Cullamco – Technological Institute of the Philippines-Manila (88.60%)
  8. Bobby Gante Maravilla – University of Saint La Salle (88.40%)

The successful candidates are now officially qualified to practice as chemical engineers in the Philippines.
