Kailangan lamang ay rehistrado sa mga government agencies tulad sa Department of Trade and Industry, Securities and Exchange Commission o kaya sa Cooperative Development Authority.
Nag-ooperate ng atleast anim na buwan sa taong 2020, sumusunod sa labor and occupational safety & health standards at sumusunod rin sa umiiral na health protocols ngayong pandemic.
Maaaring magsumite ang mga interesado sa Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board Region 3 sa pamamagitan ng pagfill-up ng form na makikita ang link sa official facebook page ng DOLE Central Luzon.
