LEGAZPI CITY – Natanggap na ng Daraga Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO) ang mga kagamitan sa disaster preparedness and response mula sa Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) sa ilalim ng Touch of Life – Disaster Training & Equipment Assistance Project (DTEAP).
Pinangunahan ni Senator Francis Tolentino ang mamahagi ng mga disaser kits na isinagawa sa isang hotel sa lungsod ng Legazpi kasabay ang mga iba’t ibang Provincial Government Unit (PGU’s) at Municipal/City Local Government Units (MLGUs).
Ilan sa mga natanggap ng MDRRMO ay Manual Rescue Tools with Hard Case, Disaster Tent, Emergency Rechargeable Power Station with Solar Panel dangan Portable Gasoline Generator.
Ang mga bagong ekipahe ay gagamitin ng Daraga MDRRMO upang palakasin ang kanilang DRRM lalo na sa mga kalamidad at emerhensya.
