Inaatasan ng Commission on Audit o COA ang Bacolor LGU na isailalim na sa evaluation ang kanilang mga Job Order employee para sa regularization.
Ito’y matapos lumabas sa audit report ng COA na karamihan sa mga JO sa bayan ng Bacolor, ay binibigyan ng trabaho na pang permanent employee.
Sa 431 workforce ng Bacolor, 101 lang dito ang permanent employee, dalawa ang casual employee at 328 ang mga job order.
Ilan pa sa mga job order employee ay nag pe-perform ng regular duty ng mga permanent employee partikular sa Municipal Treasurer’s office, Accounting office, Engineering office, Business License and Permit Division, Human Resource Management Office, Assessors Office, Budget Office at iba pa.
Batay kasi sa joint memorandum circular ng COA at Civil Service Commission, ang pag hire ng mga JO employee ay limitado lang ang trabaho sa panahon ng emergency o intermittent work.
