The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)confirmed that they have no records of Mary Grace Piattos in their system be it in the birth, marriage or death data.
In his letter to the House of Representatives’ Quad Committee, National Statistician and Civil Registrar General Claire Dennis Mapa attached the certification that yielded negative results from the PSA.
Mapa however said that if there are additional information such as name of the parents, date and place of the vital events it could however help them look for information in their database.
The name Mary Grace Piattos trended online after the Quad Committee discovered that huge amount of confidential funds from the Office of the Vice president were paid to the said name.
Vice President Sara Duterte and her aides have been the subject of house probe on the alleged misuse of the P725 million confidential funds in 2022.
As of date no one has come forward to provide information as to the identity of the mysterious name despite the P1M reward promised by some legislators to the tipsters.
