“Box Office Queen” Kathryn Bernardo is set to have her very own wax figure at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Hong Kong — a place close to her heart, as it was where scenes from one of her highest-grossing films, “Hello, Love, Goodbye,” were filmed.
Kathryn shared that she has already undergone the detailed measurement process for her upcoming wax statue.
According to the actress, she feels deeply honored and grateful for the recognition. She added that it brings her joy to know that her wax figure will once again bring pride to Filipinos visiting the museum.
Aside from Kathryn, other Filipino icons who have been immortalized in wax at Madame Tussauds include 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach, 2018 Miss Universe Catriona Gray, boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, and Anne Curtis, while international theater icon Lea Salonga’s wax likeness is displayed at Madame Tussauds Singapore.
