Sinampahan ng kaso sa Ombudsman si Barangay San Agustin Chairman Reghis Evaristo ng syudad ng San Fernando.
Kasama ring kinasuhan ang dalawa pang opisyal ng barangay, partikular si bgy secretary Diosdado Cruz at bgy Treasurer Roxanne Manalo.
Ilan sa kasong isinampa ng mga complainant na sina Christopher Manlutac at apat na iba pa laban sa mga nabanggit na opisyal, ay ang Malversation of Public funds or property, Anti-graft and corrupt practices act, corrupt practices of public officer, falsification of public officer, employee or notary or ecclesiastic minister.
Gayundin ang conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service, grave abuse of authority, grave misconduct, ignorance of the law, at serious dishonesty.
Binigyan ng Ombudsman ng sampung araw na palugit sina Evaresto para magpasa ng kanilang counter-affidavit.
