Iran fires 6 ballistic missiles at US base in Qatar

Iran fired six ballistic missiles targeting Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, where US forces are stationed. Following the missile launch, Qatar temporarily closed its airspace as a precaution. Western embassies in Qatar also advised their citizens to remain in shelters or safe locations.

The attack comes after Iran’s earlier warning that it would retaliate against the United States for its reported airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan.

So far, there have been no confirmed reports of damage or casualties at Al Udeid Air Base. Authorities and military sources are still assessing the situation.

The region remains on high alert as the exchange of airstrikes continues between Iran and Israel, further fueling tensions.

This latest incident adds to the growing instability in the Middle East, raising concerns among global leaders and military observers.
