Court Orders Neri Naig-Miranda’s Release

The Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 112 has ordered the release of actress and entrepreneur Neri Naig-Miranda after granting a motion to quash the syndicated estafa case filed against her.

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) confirmed receiving the release order and clarified that Naig-Miranda will not return to the Pasay City Jail. Instead, the order will be served directly at the hospital where she is currently confined.
