Actress Ellen Adarna apologized after videos showing her seemingly drunken antics went viral on social media.
In a post shared online, Ellen jokingly said she could not remember what happened and appeared surprised that her videos had gained attention online.
She also joked about the embarrassing situation and playfully blamed her friend, Mayor Guntrano “Gungun” Gica, for the viral clips.
In another video, Ellen thanked Mayor Gica and Cebu Governor Pam Baricuatro for warmly welcoming her.
She also praised the governor for being natural and approachable, saying his demeanor was different from some government officials she encountered during her years in showbiz.
Ellen stressed that ordinary citizens should not be afraid of government officials, noting that taxpayers contribute to the salaries of public servants.
Meanwhile, Ellen and actress Kaye Abad also exchanged jokes after discussing Kaye’s former classmate, Paul Jake Castillo.
Ellen revealed that Paul Jake was once her crush and described him as a “crush ng bayan” of their generation.
Kaye then joked that she and Ellen had the same taste, leading them to talk about their former partner, actor John Lloyd Cruz.
Paul Jake later jokingly walked out after becoming the subject of the two actresses’ conversation.
