LTO summons vlogger riding motorcycle in underwear without license

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Aklan has issued a show cause order to a vlogger identified as Boy Kayak after a viral video showed him driving a motorcycle wearing only his underwear.

The controversial video, which quickly trended on social media, featured the vlogger performing exhibition stunts while half-naked — actions that authorities said demonstrate reckless driving. Further investigation revealed that the vlogger does not possess a valid driver’s license.

The vlogger has since appeared before the LTO-Aklan office to explain his side of the incident.
