A 19-year-old college student, Lady Grace Galo, was brutally stabbed to death after fighting off an attempted assault in her home in Sitio Dinogon, Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
Lady Grace, a 2nd-year BSBA student, was alone at home while her family members were at work and school. Authorities revealed that the suspect entered the house through a window and attempted to assault the victim. However, the victim resisted, which led to her being stabbed multiple times, resulting in her tragic death.
The Tagoloan Municipal Police Station (TMPS) is actively investigating the crime and has called on the public to provide any information that could help identify the suspect.
The family of the victim is grieving and calling for justice. “We cannot let this crime go unpunished,” said a relative, urging swift action from authorities.
As the investigation continues, the police are urging cooperation from the public to help bring the suspect to justice and prevent further violence.
