18-year-old killed by 15-year-old in Naga City street fight

An 18-year-old male identified only as “Justine” was killed after being stabbed by a 15-year-old suspect during an altercation in Naga City, Camarines Sur, on the afternoon of April 22, 2025.

According to PSSg. Robert Aguillon, Assistant Public Information Officer of the Naga City Police Office, the victim was walking through St. Claire Street in Barangay Concepcion Pequeña when an argument broke out between him and three minors.

During the confrontation, one of the suspects, aged 15, allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed Justine, resulting in his death. The suspects fled the scene immediately after the incident.

Authorities later apprehended all three minors in a hot pursuit operation. They are now under the custody of the Children’s Homes in Naga City.

Police reported that homicide charges will be filed against the 15- and 17-year-old suspects, while the 14-year-old will be made to pay damages to the victim’s family.

The case has sparked public concern over rising juvenile crime and community safety, especially involving minors with access to deadly weapons.
