Thunder crush Pacers in game 2 to tie NBA finals series 1-1

The Oklahoma City Thunder bounced back in commanding fashion, defeating the Indiana Pacers in Game 2 of the NBA Finals to even the series at 1-1.

After a painful loss in Game 1, the Thunder controlled Game 2 from start to finish.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the charge for Oklahoma City, scoring 34 points and dishing out 8 assists. He was backed by strong performances from Jalen Williams with 19 points, Alex Caruso with 20, and Aaron Wiggins who added 18.

Indiana struggled to keep up with Oklahoma City’s pace and efficiency. The Pacers failed to close the gap to less than 15 points in the fourth quarter, as the Thunder pulled away late to seal the win.

The best-of-seven series now shifts to Indiana, where Game 3 will be played on Thursday, June 12 (Philippine time).

Both teams are looking to gain the upper hand as the Finals heat up.
