Nicole Kidman, Meghan Markle and Jennifer Aniston all swear by this intense workout that tones butts, legs and arms fast

Hollywood’s biggest stars aren’t spending hours doing traditional Pilates or logging miles on the treadmill. Instead, they’re turning to a high-intensity, low-impact workout known as the Lagree Method to achieve their red-carpet bodies—and the results are undeniable.

Nicole Kidman, Meghan Markle, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston are among the celebrity clients who swear by this method. Inventor Sebastien Lagree said his Megaformer-based routine targets the three key areas every star wants to tighten: the abs, arms and glutes.

Sebastien explained that the AAA formula—A for abs, A for arms, A for ass—is the go-to prep routine for celebrities before major events. He shared that stars like Kidman arrive at his studio ready to sweat, adding that the 57-year-old Oscar winner never wastes time during sessions.

Pilates-inspired Megaformer gives full-body results

The Lagree Method uses a machine called the Megaformer. While it may resemble a Pilates reformer, the workout pushes the body in an entirely different way. It focuses on slow, controlled movements that burn out the muscles while protecting the joints.

Meghan Markle called it the best thing you can do for your body. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, trained at an LA-based Pilates Platinum studio, which licenses Lagree’s method. According to Sebastien, Meghan loved performing lunges, which he says are essential for strengthening and toning the legs.

Sebastien added that even two classes can visibly transform the body, especially for those looking to tone quickly before a shoot or appearance. The method, he said, is about quality over quantity—and celebs love how efficient it is.

A-list fans share dramatic transformations

Jennifer Aniston reportedly turned to the Lagree Method when she wanted to tone her glutes. Sebastien recalled that the Friends actress, now 56, focused heavily on lower-body moves during their sessions, and like most of his clients, wanted a lifted and sculpted backside.

Gwyneth Paltrow is another celebrity hooked on Lagree. The 52-year-old trains twice a week and has told media outlets that the method delivers the long, lean definition she needs to feel strong and camera-ready.

Among the key moves Sebastien recommends for beginners are the mega donkey kick, runner lunge, elevator lunge and sexy back. He explained that each move is designed to isolate a muscle group while engaging the core, making every second of the workout count.

While celebrities continue to swear by the method, Lagree insists it’s not just for the elite. He believes anyone can benefit from the same techniques, as long as they’re willing to push themselves on the Megaformer. But there’s one warning he gives every new client before they begin.
