A man was shot dead on Christmas night along Salamat Street in Mother Barangay Poblacion, Cotabato City shocking residents celebrating the holiday.
Guiapal Mamaki Abo, a resident of Purok Niyogan, Barangay Katuli, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao del Norte, was riding his scooter when the tragic incident occurred around 9 p.m. on December 25. Initial reports from authorities reveal that an unidentified gunman approached Abo and fired five shots at close range, leaving him slumped over his motorcycle.
