Ken Chan breaks silence on syndicated estafa allegations

Kapuso actor Ken Chan has broken his silence regarding the Syndicated Estafa charges filed against him.

In an instragram post, Chan addressed the issue, explaining that his business ventures, including Café Claus, failed not because of fraud, but due to financial struggles. “Hindi dahil ito ang amount na isinampa laban sa akin ay ito na ang buong katotohanan,” he wrote, challenging the exaggerated claims made by the complainant.

Chan expressed his frustration with the allegations, which he believes stem from attempts to tarnish his reputation. He also accused some business partners of sabotaging his business. “Lumalaban ako at hindi tumatakbo palayo sa isinampang kaso sa akin,” he said, emphasizing that he has never scammed anyone.
