The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) responded swiftly, with teams from Talomo, Toril, and volunteer firefighters from Daliao, Mintal, Lizada Toril, Dumoy, and Baliok working to control the blaze. The fire was officially declared out at 3:24 p.m. by Fire Senior Inspector Alejandro E. Abonit II of the Toril Fire Station.
