Disbarred lawyer Presidential Adviser on Poverty Alleviation Secretary Larry Gadon is heading to the Supreme Court on Wednesday to initiate the disbarment proceedings against Vice President Sara Duterte.
In his media advisory, Gadon said he will go to the Supreme Court to file a letter complaint for the disbarment of the vice president who is a lawyer by profession.
Secretary Gadon requested for a media coverage at 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
It is not yet clear what are the grounds Gadon is citing in his complaint but in the past days, the former lawyer who does not mince words in criticizing his enemies slammed Duterte for making critical statements against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
” Lahat ng ikinikilos mo ay laban kay Presidente. Ngayon plano mo pang ipapatay. So therefore, sabi ko nga dyan-she is mentally incapacitated.” Gadon said in a radio interview.
In 2023, the Supreme Court disbarred Gadon with a vote of 15-0 for cursing and uttering foul language against journalist Raissa Robles in a viral video.
