Kinilala bilang top three performing agencies ang Department of Education (DepED), Department of Health (DOH), at Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) ayon sa Tugon ng Masa survey ng OCTA Research.
Sa naturang survey, lumabas na 87% ng adult respondents ang nasiyahan sa performance ng DepEd sa nagdaang tatlong buwan.
Nakakuha rin ng satisfaction rate na 79% ang DOH, at 76% naman sa DSWD.
Samantala, 2% sa mga respondents ang nagsabing hindi sila nasiyahan sa ipinakitang performance ng DepEd, habang 4% naman sa DOH, at 7% sa DSWD.
Napag-alaman din sa survey na ang Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), at Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) ang mga least performing agencies sa bansa. //MHEL PACIA
