The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) said it remains open to suggestions regarding the proposed Reframed General Education (GE) Curriculum.
The commission acknowledged the participation of stakeholders during the online public hearing on the proposal.
According to CHED, the proposed curriculum is not yet final and remains subject to ongoing consultations with higher education institutions, faculty members, students, professional organizations, and other education stakeholders.
The agency said it will study the inputs from various groups to ensure that the proposed curriculum will be coherent, responsive, and aligned with national priorities and global standards.
CHED also assured the public that the Technical Panel for General Education (TPGE) will review all position papers and comments submitted by stakeholders.
The commission added that it will continue engaging with stakeholders through additional consultation mechanisms to ensure that any final policy issued reflects careful study, broad sectoral participation, and the interests of Filipino learners and higher education institutions.
