Bato dela Rosa unfazed by ICC

Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa has stated that he plans to seek the Supreme Court’s (SC) assistance to clarify whether the International Criminal Court (ICC) still has jurisdiction over the Philippines.

This comes as the senator faces the possibility of an arrest warrant from the ICC in connection with alleged killings during the Duterte administration’s war on drugs.
