The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has revoked the driver’s license of actor Niño Muhlach for two years following a vehicular accident along Marcos Highway in Antipolo City, Rizal.
Based on the LTO’s investigation and hearing, Muhlach reportedly experienced severe fatigue before losing control of his vehicle, which crashed into three establishments.
The LTO found the actor liable for violations of Reckless Driving and Improper Person to Operate a Motor Vehicle.
Meanwhile, the vehicle involved will remain under alarm status as part of the penalty and to prevent any transactions involving the vehicle while the LTO resolution is in effect.
