Moviegoers can now enjoy a movie date or bond with family and friends for just P100 per ticket at participating cinemas tomorrow, September 12.
This comes as the Cinema Exhibitors Association of the Philippines, or CEAP, launches the country’s first-ever Philippine National Cinema Day, aimed at bringing Filipinos together through the magic of watching movies on the big screen.
On the special day, moviegoers can watch local and international films through regular 2D screenings for only P100 per ticket.
Participating cinemas include theaters under SM, Ayala Malls, Robinsons, and Megaworld.
The nationwide celebration is supported by the Film Development Council of the Philippines, Film Academy of the Philippines, MTRCB, and the Metro Manila Film Festival.
Advance ticket sales began on September 10 through cinema box offices, official websites and mobile apps, as well as authorized online ticketing platforms.
