Coast Guard issues alert as search continues for missing fisherman in Panabo

The Philippine Coast Guard in Davao del Norte issued a Notice to All Mariners following the reported disappearance of a 53-year-old fisherman in Panabo City.

Authorities reported that the fisherman went missing around 10:00 in the morning on April 18, 2026, prompting immediate coordination efforts.

Officials identified the missing individual as Justiniano Cellan, a resident of Barangay Cagangohan in Panabo City, based on initial reports.
