Eleven people were arrested after authorities raided a suspected drug den in Barangay Tumbao, Mangudadatu, Maguindanao del Sur, shortly after 3 p.m. yesterday.
The operation was led by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Maguindanao del Sur, with assistance from the Philippine Army’s 22nd Mechanized Infantry Company and the Mangudadatu Municipal Police Station.
Authorities seized approximately 17 sachets of suspected shabu during the raid. The seized substance was estimated to be worth 81,600 pesos.
The 11 arrested individuals are in the custody of authorities and are expected to face charges related to illegal drugs, according to the report.
The premises were described as a suspected drug den. The report did not identify the arrested individuals by name or provide details about their alleged roles.
