Comedy Concert Queen Ai-Ai delas Alas has spoken about the marriage of her former husband, Gerald Sibayan, to his non-showbiz girlfriend, Nadine, in the United States.
In an interview, Ai-Ai said she had expected Gerald to marry again, noting that he needed to get married to remain in the U.S.
“We all knew this would happen. I expected it when he left me,” Ai-Ai said.
Gerald’s wife is reportedly Asian-American, which could allow him to reapply for U.S. citizenship after Ai-Ai had his petition revoked following their separation.
Meanwhile, Ai-Ai said she is doing well and is no longer affected by her ex-husband’s marriage, emphasizing that she has already moved on.
The former couple confirmed their separation in 2024, while their divorce was finalized in 2026.
