NGCP: stable power services in Mindanao following earthquake

The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) reported that power transmission services in southwestern Mindanao remain stable despite the magnitude 6.3 earthquake that struck near Balut Island in Sarangani, Davao Occidental.

According to the NGCP, the power grid remains intact, with no damage reported to transmission facilities in southwestern Mindanao.

The agency also announced on Sunday evening that inspections found no damage to power lines in the affected area or in other locations where the earthquake was felt.
